Job Description
Turley Farms is seeking a capable Leading Hand to join our newly developed Rockit™ apple orchard in Canterbury. You will work closely with the Orchard Manager, coordinating daily tasks, leading small teams, and delivering high-standard orchard operations including pruning, thinning, tree training and harvest. You will lead by example, promote safe work practices, and identify ways to improve productivity.
