To help us continue that growth, we're excited to introduce this newly created role within our Commercial Team. The Opportunity This isn't your typical administration role. You'll become the driving force behind the integrity of our inventory, systems and business processes, ensuring the information our team relies on is accurate, up to date and trusted. Working closely with the GM Commercial and wider team, you'll take ownership of our ERP system, support inventory management, provide insightful reporting and continually look for opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy. Your ability to take initiative, solve problems and keep things running smoothly will have a direct impact on the success of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining the integrity of our ERP system and inventory data Supporting inventory management and ensuring data accuracy Raising and managing purchase orders Producing meaningful reports and analytics to support commercial decisions Identifying opportunities to improve systems and streamline processes Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures Supporting administration across the commercial team when required Working collaboratively across production, exports and commercial functions to ensure information is accurate and up to date. About You You'll be naturally analytical, highly organised and enjoy working with systems and data. You’ll have proven experience working in a similar role. You’ll also bring: Exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A proactive mindset with plenty of initiative The confidence to follow up and ensure things get done Excellent organisational and time management skills Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with business systems Experience using Unleashed would be a significant advantage, although experience with comparable ERP or inventory management systems will also be considered. Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, export or production environments would also be beneficial. Why Join 1839 Honey?
