Business Analyst - Intermediate 12 month contract Rockit Recruitment – Auckland, North Island We're looking for two capable Intermediate Business Analysts to join a significant enterprise transformation programme in Auckland. These roles suit BAs who are comfortable getting into the detail and working across the full delivery lifecycle. You'll be involved from discovery and requirements elicitation through to process analysis, current and future-state mapping, user stories and supporting delivery across multiple workstreams. This is not a Salesforce Functional Consultant role. We're looking for broad Business Analysts who understand how to operate inside complex transformation programmes and can work effectively across business, technology and delivery teams. You'll bring experience across areas such as: Discovery and requirements elicitation Facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders Current-state and future-state process mapping Translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories Working across multiple workstreams, dependencies and stakeholder groups Supporting delivery through the wider SDLC CRM or Salesforce implementation programmes We're looking for two capable Intermediate Business Analysts to join a significant enterprise transformation programme in Auckland. What matters most is that you're a practical, hands-on BA who can enter a complex programme, understand what needs to happen and help move the work forward.
