Job tasks and responsibilities What would your role involve? SocialMedia Coordination – champions the social media planning, content creation, campaign integration and moderation across all social media channels. Collaborates with our marketing, sales and product teams to delivery of our social media content calendar, across multiple brand and global markets. Regularly reviews performance, and provides reporting and analytics to improve effectiveness and decision making. Events and Tradeshow Coordination - Supports the sales, operational and marketing teams with planning, preparation, activation and attendance of our local and global tradeshows and events. Liaises with key event organisers and suppliers to ensure the all shows are delivered efficiently and effectively, and works closely with our marketing teams to ensure all branding, advertising, promotion and engagement initiatives are delivered on time and to budget. Some travel and after hours event/tradeshow will be required. Marketing Promotions and Communications - Collaborates with our marketing team and in-house designers to integrate and amplify all brand, product, promotional and advertising campaign activities across our various channels and touch points - including retail, print, social media, websites, emails and digital. Content and Collateral management – Helps to manage an efficient and effective system for organising, labelling and optimising brand, content, collateral and product assets. To ensure these are ready and available for all team, event and retail partner requirements. Customer & Consumer Support - Provides excellent service and support to the customer and consumer throughout all marketing led touch points, including online chat, in-store, wholesale channels and events. Marketing Team Support - Contributes as an integral member of our brand proud marketing team to ensure that all marketing calendars, events, campaigns, initiatives and business requirements are delivered on time, to budget and ultimately maximise the customer's experience. What skills and experience do I need? We'shunting for someone with good marketing, event, content, social media, content creation skills along withpractical experience using graphics and content design programmes (such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign and Premier Pro/Davinci/Final Cut). If you've managed a brand led social media page and activated at events and tradeshows, that's also an advantage.
