Customer Services Representative

Tekapo Springs is looking for a bubbly, energetic, people loving Customer Services Representative to join the team here at Tekapo Springs. You will be our customer's first point of contact with the smile, energy and the know how to start their visit off in true Tekapo Springs fashion. The successful applicant will be working on a full-time roster, (including weekends and some evenings). Duties will include listening to our customers' needs and exceeding their expectations in providing information and the right product to really make their day. This is a permanent role. Key things we are looking for: Personality plus Bubbly with a welcoming smile Can do attitude Works well with minimal supervision Energetic, with a positive mental attitude Passionate about providing great customer service with a smile. Knowledge of MicrosoftOffice. Be able to sell and upsell products. Good written & verbal communication skills. Experience with cash handling and prior use of a POS system.
