Required Skills & Essential Qualifications Proven clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and high-quality care Ability to work efficiently in a busy surgical environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Must be registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) Nice to Have Skills Experience with aesthetic and cosmetic procedures Knowledge of latest advancements in reconstructive techniques Prior involvement in multidisciplinary clinical projects or audits Skills in teaching or mentoring junior staff Preferred Experience Relevant postgraduate clinical experience in similar surgical settings Ability to handle complex surgical cases with confidence and precisionEvidence of ongoing professional development through courses, audits, or research Demonstrated ability to prioritize and elevate care as needed Other Requirements Eligibility to work in New Zealand Flexibility to participate in on‑call or weekend rotations if required Successful completion of standard onboarding and compliance checks Willingness to contribute to a positive team culture and community engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
