Team I've seen first-hand they genuinely invest in their team, back their Site Managers and have built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. Autonomy You'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. You'll coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel, driving short-term planning, sequencing works and resolving issues before they impact productivity. Leadership You'll lead from the front, creating a positive site culture while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, workmanship and client satisfaction. Work away and save The project is based in Regional Canterbury, so you'll be comfortable working away from home Monday to Friday. All travel, accommodation and Living Away From Home Allowances are provided, allowing you to focus on the project while enjoying your weekends back at home. About You We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and naturally leads by example.
