Craft Cocktail Bartender - 4BARS Distillery and Flight Lounge 4 Bars Distillery & Flight Lounge is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Craft Cocktail Bartender to anchor our boutique venue and tasting room. We aren't just slinging drinks-we are crafting a premier spirits and hospitality experience anchored by our signature spirits (including our flagship Gin Clear Day). If you have an appreciation for craft distillation, exceptional cocktail execution, and immersive guest hosting, we want to hear from you. Hours available can depend on what the right person needs and has to offer. We want the right people so it could be as little as 4-5 hours on either a Friday or Saturday, or potentially up to 30 hours a week. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional, storytelling-driven customer service that introduces patrons to our brand and backstory. Maintain impeccable bar standards, stock control, and prep routines. Collaborate on seasonal cocktail development and house-made infusions. Support front-of-house operations to ensure a smooth, high-end guest experience from arrival to departure. About you Proven experience as a craft bartender, mixologist, or high-end tasting room host. A genuine passion for spirits, flavor profiles, and storytelling. A calm, professional demeanor under pressure with a natural talent for hospitality. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational flow. Valid NZ working rights and preferably a current LCQ / Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Competitive hourly rate based on your experience.
