This role will see you working closely with a senior leader, providing high-level executive support, personal assistance, and day-to-day coordination. North Shore location + professional, polished office environment 9am–6pm, office-based, Monday to Friday + full license required About the Role This role is ideal for someone who is organised, professional, and thrives in an environment where no two days look the same. You’ll be supporting the founder/CEO of the business, who values discretion, reliability, and a high level of professionalism. You’ll be the trusted right hand support managing schedules, coordinating travel, assisting with personal errands, and ensuring both work and personal matters run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and comfortable juggling a blend of executive administration and personal support tasks. This is a full-time, office-based role on the North Shore working with a reputable investment firm, working 9am–6pm daily. To be a suitable fit role this role you must have high level EA or PA experience and be able to start immediately, starting as a temporary position with opportunity for it to develop into something long term. Key Responsibilities Providing high-level executive support including diary management, scheduling, inbox oversight, and correspondence Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Assisting with personal tasks, errands, purchases, and household coordination as needed Handling confidential matters with absolute discretion and professionalism Coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring the Executive is organised and prepared Liaising with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders Undertaking administrative tasks such as expenses, invoice processing, and record management Supporting general business operations as required About the Business This is a well-established and reputable business with a steady leadership style and a strong focus on professionalism.
