With a strong and secure pipeline of projects, you'll work alongside experienced Building Surveyors on a wide variety of commercial and residential developments, gaining exposure to everything from condition surveys and defect investigations through to project advice and technical reporting. About the role Working alongside a highly experienced team, you'll be involved in: Building condition surveys and technical inspections Defect investigations and reporting Commercial and residential property assessments Dilapidation and pre-purchase surveys Client liaison and technical advice Preparing professional reports and recommendations Developing long-term client relationships No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to broaden their technical experience. About you We're keen to hear from candidates who have: A qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or a related discipline Around 2-6 years' industry experience Experience within consultancy or the wider construction sector Strong communication and report writing skills A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn The ability to build strong client relationships Candidates with UK Building Surveying experience who are looking to relocate to New Zealand are also encouraged to apply.
