We are seeking expressions of interest from genuine and capable intermediate and senior level business analysts who want to make a real difference through delivery. Depending on the role, you will be supporting internal functions within business or technical environments. This will see you engage with a broad group of subject matter experts, as well as key internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate business analysis proficiency, covering the following: Core project business analysis capabilities ranging from gap analysis, problem definition, through to options and recommendations. Operating model development, design, and analysis. Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering and documentation skills. Business process, service design and customer experience design experience. Working within complex, fast-paced programmes of work. A strong ability to develop trusted relationships with stakeholders. In addition, we are looking for people with the following: Excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent documentation and writing abilities. Ability to present ideas in a concise and user-friendly fashion. Confidence to engage with a vast range of stakeholders. Ability to problem solve and think on your feet. Be able to deal with ambiguity. Have a genuine human-centred approach, with a desire to make a difference.
