The Role: We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to join TRENDS' Commercial team, supporting our Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Manager. This role acts as a central point of coordination between the sales team, customers and internal departments through administrative, data, and project-coordination work that keeps the sales function running smoothly. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role covers CRM data integrity and reporting, coordination of sales and marketing projects, and the planning and delivery of customer-facing initiatives and programmes. It suits someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once, and confident working across systems and stakeholders to keep projects on track. What you’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining digital sales tools and supporting BDM activity across distributor-facing platforms. Managing enquiries via the CRM for account changes and coordinating BDM travel logistics and some external travel bookings. Coordinating sales and marketing projects, including catalogue distribution, sample packs, and customer initiatives. Supporting monthly CX reporting for the business and meetings. Maintaining and reordering branded samples and coordinating kitted customer initiatives such as welcome packs. Conducting regular CRM audits to ensure customer, pipeline, and account data remains accurate and up to date. Coordinating marketing-led sales initiatives and maintaining internal training documentation. Building effective working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. What you will bring to the table: Previous experience in a sales administration, coordination, or support role Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for data entry, audits, and reporting Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, campaigns, or initiatives to deadline Experience in a customer-facing administrative role involving order processing, bookings, or account administration Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, particularly in data entry, reporting, and documentation Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders under pressure Strong IT capability across CRM, e-commerce, and Microsoft Office platforms Clear, concise communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders A methodical, customer-centric approach to problem solving A qualification in a related field such as Business or Communications Experience within a B2B, wholesale, or distributor environment A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements What we offer: Competitive salary commensurate with your experience.
