The Role We are seeking a Senior Chef De Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at Pasta & Cuore at 409 Mt Eden Road. This is a full time role. Responsibilities Produce and prepare excellent quality dishes for the restaurant and work close with head chef on a day to day basis. prior experience in pasta making and being pasta chef is an advantage Produce all items related to the menus and functions to the establishment’s standard, to Maintaining standards and displaying knowledge of all relevant Health and Safety standards and food preparation regulations. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential and ability to work with fresh pasta is preferred. It is important that you have a positive attitude, attention to detail, the abilityto multitask under pressure and genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. We provide full training to ensure that you are up to speed with our menu, our services and our standards. Applicants for this position should have a NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
