Hours: 11 hours per week (Monday: 11:00-17:00, Sunday: 10:00-16:0) Applications Process: As part of your application,you’llbe asked to complete a short online chat interview. It takes around 15 minutes and gives us a chance to get to know you a bit better Ifyou’reshort on time, no worries — you can save your progress and come back to finish it later. Wedefinitely encourageyou to take your time and give the chat questions a good go. Because the chat interview is part of our selectionprocess, you’ll just need to make sure it’s completed for your application tomove through to the next stage. In this role, you’ll : Help customers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcoming experience every day. Maintain store standards, keeping displays tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Support operational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, and daily store duties. Contribute to team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues. WhatWe’reLooking For: A positive attitude, energy, and a love for helping people. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience. Store Presentation & Standards:Maintaina clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are executed accurately. Operational Support:Assistwith stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handling procedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties asrequired. Teamwork & Collaboration:Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
