Cranford Hospice in Hawke's Bay invites an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Support Team in a permanent 0.8 FTE role (32 hours per week). You will meet patients and whānau in inpatient care, in their homes, or in aged residential facilities, delivering psychosocial support and care planning during a pivotal time.
