Due to the maternity leave of one of our project co-ordinators, we're looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator with a great attitude based in Christchurch for a fixed term position. Reporting to the Executive Director of Sales you'll be instrumental in servicing and coordinating national projects to ensure we deliver our clients with the good work we're known for. The successful applicant will be a good communicator and be able to form strong relationships with the operational team, staff, clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinating delivery of services across multiple locations and technologies Assisting in administrating the delivery of services to our clients Keeping key stakeholders up to date Reporting of project progress both technically and financially Updating of jobs and processing of claims/invoices Assisting with ensuring products are ordered and ready for efficient delivery Job management and data entry About you A great Team Player Ability to think outside the square Current NZ resident or NZ work visa Great time management and the ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external counterparts About us Teltrac is a leading nationwide Digital Infrastructure Solutions Provider that was established in 1991.
