Lakeside Stainless Ltd - Queenstown, South Island We’re looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Queenstown team. Previous hands-on fabrication and welding experience is essential, however we’re open to different levels of experience. If you have a good foundation in fabrication, a great attitude, and are keen to continue developing your skills, we’d like to hear from you. Key responsibilities TIG and MIG welding to a high standard Fabrication using stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, brass and copper Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Workshop fabrication, assembly and finishing Using a range of fabrication tools and equipment On-site installations Maintaining a safe, organised and professional work environment About you Fabrication and welding experience TIG and MIG welding skills Experience working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium (brass and copper experience is an advantage) Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full New Zealand driver's licence About us Lakeside Stainless is a locally owned fabrication company with workshops in Queenstown and Wanaka.
