This is permanent,full-time (18.5 hours per week) position based at our Opotiki campus. As the Kaiwhakarite - Administrator , you will bethe welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring a seamless experience fortauira (students), kaimahi (staff), and visitors. You’ll play a key role inkeeping our operations running smoothly, providing vital administrative supportacross various departments and ensuring resources are effectively managed. Yourproactive approach will shine as you assist with requisition processes, helpmaintain site resources, and support events, all while building strongrelationships with kaimahi, stakeholders, and tauira. Your proactive approach will shine as you take on challengesand develop your professional skills, setting the foundation for a successfulcareer in administration. We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a knackfor organization and strong communication skills, who is ready to embark ontheir professional journey and is not afraid of doing a bit of heavy lifting. You will also bring with you: A Certificate inBusiness Administration or Computing (Level 3) would be advantageous. Must have a Full NewZealand Drivers’ License , the ability to driver a manual would be abonus Proven experience in anadministrative role, but we encourage applications from those eager tolearn and grow This role does have aphysical requirement, so you must be comfortable with tasks that includeheavy lifting An understanding of andable to use basic te reo Māori phrases, mihi and greetings Excellent written andoral communication skills Proficient in MicrosoftOffice suite (ie Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher) As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness toparticipate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of ĀhuatangaMāori (values, culture and tikanga) will be key. #J-18808-Ljbffr
