The Club Plug Limited – East Tamaki, North Island We're looking for someone to take ownership of the customer side of The Club Plug. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping golfers choose the right clubs, converting enquiries into sales, managing trade‑ins, solving problems, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. This is a role with real ownership. You'll be trusted to make day‑to‑day decisions, solve problems independently, and represent The Club Plug with confidence. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, improving systems, and helping shape this part of the business as we continue to grow. What you'll be doing: Owning the customer experience from first enquiry through to after‑sales support Responding to enquiries across email, phone, Trade Me, Facebook, Instagram and our website Helping customers choose the right clubs, converting enquiries into sales and managing trade‑ins Handling returns, warranty claims and customer issues Coordinating customer collections and warehouse viewing appointments Working closely with our dispatch team to ensure orders run smoothly Inspecting traded‑in clubs and recording inventory purchase values Making day‑to‑day decisions that deliver the best outcome for both our customers and the business Continuously identifying opportunities to improve our systems, processes and customer experience What we're looking for: A genuine passion for golf with the ability to confidently recommend clubs based on a customer's ability and needs Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in person Strong judgement, initiative and a genuine sense of ownership Highly organised with great attention to detail Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving the way things are done and seeing them through to resolution The Club Plug is one of New Zealand's fastest‑growing golf retailers.
