No previous civil experience is required, we’remore interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team and wants to build a long-term career in civil construction. What You'll Be Doing General civil and construction labouring Digging, lifting and moving materials Assisting operators and tradespeople on site Using hand tools and basic equipment Helping with drainage, roading and earthworks projects Keeping the worksite clean, tidy and safe Following all health & safety procedures Learning new skills and gaining valuable civil experience What We're Looking For Minimum Restricted Class 1 Driver Licence – essential Reliable transport to and from work Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable, punctual and willing to work hard Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow instructions and work well within a team Strong commitment to health and safety Previous labouring or construction experience is an advantage, but not essential Why Join Us?
