About the Opportunity Our client is a respected professional association representing dentists and dental specialists across New Zealand. Their purpose is to support the dental profession through advocacy, professional development, knowledge sharing, and trusted representation — ultimately helping improve oral health outcomes for communities throughout New Zealand. With a close-knit team of approximately 10 office-based staff (and 20 staff overall), this is an organisation where people are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and work together to achieve meaningful outcomes. We’re looking for a proactive and personable part‑time Office Coordinator to become the heartbeat of a close‑kight professional office. What You’ll Be Doing Be the welcoming face of the organisation, managing reception and visitor enquiries Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries professionally and efficiently Coordinate couriers, mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence Manage office supplies, stationery, facilities, and general administration Support meetings, events, conferences, and organisational initiatives Assist with administrative tasks across the wider team This is a part‑time role (30 hours per week), working in office Mon-Fri, 9am – 3pm so will be perfect for someone looking to have flexibility around school drop off/pick up times. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable, reliable, and naturally proactive. Previous experience in office coordination, administration, reception, or business support Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident written and verbal communication skills A professional and welcoming manner Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently A practical, hands, approach and willingness to pitch in What’s In It For You?
