We’re now looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience team members to join our Bay of Islands team for the 2026/27 summer season. Based at our Paihia reservations office, you’ll help guests feel informed, welcomed and excited about their upcoming Explore experience. You’ll assist with enquiries and bookings, share information about our experiences, and help ensure every customer feels well looked after from the moment they connect with us.
