Programme Manager - Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainlaying EarnLearn – Wellington Central, North Island Programme Manager - Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainlaying Location: Wellington Are you passionate about vocational education and the future of the Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying industries? EarnLearn is looking for a knowledgeable and collaborative Programme Manager - Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainlaying (PGD) to support the ongoing development, quality assurance and improvement of our apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with the Delivery Manager - PGD, you'll help shape programme delivery, contribute to key projects, and ensure our programmes continue to meet industry and learner needs. About the Role This role combines programme development, stakeholder engagement and project delivery. You'll provide advice across our Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying programmes while supporting initiatives designed to improve learner outcomes and programme effectiveness. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the design, development and continuous improvement of PGD programmes. Monitoring and reviewing programme delivery to ensure programmes remain fit for purpose. Providing technical expertise for programme and resource development. Collaborating with training providers, teaching staff and industry stakeholders. Building strong relationships across the Programme Delivery team. Managing projects focused on improving apprentice outcomes and programme performance. Supporting day-to-day operational matters and programme-related enquiries. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: At least five years' experience working within vocational education or industry training. Thorough knowledge of the PGD sector. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating competing priorities. A continuous improvement mindset and passion for quality learning outcomes. The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
