Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we’re open to training the right candidate who brings the right attitude. What You’ll Be Doing: Hands-on workshop work – assembly, using hand/power tools, assisting tradespeople Mechanical fitting and basic electrical tasks Supporting tradespeople with general maintenance and repairs Opportunities to work across electrical workshops and fabrication Potential to gain trade qualifications or endorsements as you grow in the role Helping ensure machinery and plant equipment operate efficiently Ensuring tools and equipment are handled safely and maintenance tasks are completed on time What We’re Looking For: Clean and tidy work habits Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items Enthusiastic, reliable, and trustworthy Strong health and safety awareness A team player who communicates well Excellent English – both written and spoken A disciplined, self-motivated approach to work Bonus If You Have: Experience or interest in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing trades Why Join Us?
