Marsden Hotel Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Property Manager to join our growing team based in East Tamaki, Auckland . This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established hospitality and accommodation group while helping to expand and strengthen our residential property management portfolio. Position Overview As our Residential Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing our existing residential properties while supporting the growth of our residential management business through the onboarding of new properties. You will be the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and Body Corporate representatives, ensuring properties are professionally managed and relationships are maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties across New Zealand. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and Body Corporates. Coordinate property maintenance and ensure issues are resolved promptly. Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports. Assist with tenant onboarding, lease administration, and compliance requirements. Support the onboarding of new properties. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure quality outcomes. Respond to owner and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor rent payments, arrears, and property performance. Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation and industry regulations. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in Residential Property Management. Strong knowledge of New Zealand residential tenancy requirements and industry best practices. Experience working with property owners, investors, and Body Corporates. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, energetic, and bubbly personality that naturally engages with people. Strong organisational and time-management skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
