We are seeking a motivated Certification & Compliance Engineer to join our expanding team in Newmarket, Auckland, on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about product development and eager to advance their careers in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding industry. As a member of our project team, you will be tasked with developing aircraft interior design ideas from concept to fully engineered products complying with aircraft certification standards and able to be manufactured, installed and operated on Boeing or Airbus aircraft. Key responsibilities Interpreting design and certification requirements and determining pathways for showing compliance. Supporting a cross-functional team of design engineers to achieve innovative design solutions for airline customers. Preparing analysis reports or test plans (flammability, acceptance, environmental, functional, refrigeration performance, acoustic performance etc). Preparing production process specifications. Preparing aircraft modification documentation (service bulletins and compliance assessments). Preparing operating and maintenance manuals. About you Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical and Materials/Process, Aeronautical) 3 plus years of experience in compliance and certification fields. Excellent skills in writing technical reports.
