To learn more about us, please visit our website: www.nzse.ac.nz and www.nzseg.com Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking an experience Course Advisor / Sales Consultant who can think outside the square, inspire learners and hit student recruitment targets. This is a sales role both over the phone and face to face. You will work closely with domestic learners, youth, local external agencies – Marae’s, Iwi, Schools and Communities across the Auckland region to enrol domestic students to our programmes at NZSE. This is a permanent full-time role 40 hours per week based at our New Lynn campus. There will be times where you are required to travel and work from our other campuses. Key Responsibilities Engage with the external agencies and community ie high schools and private education partners, Marae’s, MSD, Bluelight and other youth communities to attract learners Achieve and document enrolment targets Work through the inbound CRM (Zoho) leads daily – phone, walk-ins and email Advise and place qualified learners into our programmes Run open day sessions and/or presentations to promote NZSE College programmes Work closely with the Head of Schools and other internal teams – admissions and registry Provide pastoral care support to all our learners Take part in industry expos and events Ko koe tēnei | About you Minimum 3 years B2C and/or B2B sales experience with a proven record to achieve sales targets Education/student recruitment industry experience would be ideal Proficient with Te Reo Māori Strong technical skills - ability to work through various CRMs and IT software’s The ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders (learners and clients) A passion to help students with strong empathy and patience Have strong written and verbal communication skills Possess the ability to handle the pressure of having more than one thing on the go at any one time Ngā painga | What we offer Base salary + incentives / commission Laptop and phone provided, campus car available for business use Fun team who celebrates success Personal development opportunities and wider staff benefits Part of a larger group – NZSEG.
