Passionate about helping local businesses succeed, they're looking for a relationship-driven professional to help shape the future of this vibrant town centre. As Community & Business Manager, you'll work closely with Birkenhead businesses, community groups, Council and key stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives, events and projects that enhance the profile and success of the area. This is a varied, autonomous role for someone who enjoys building relationships, taking initiative and making a genuine impact in their local community. KEY DUTIES Build strong relationships with businesses, community groups and key stakeholders Deliver marketing campaigns, events and promotional initiatives Manage digital communications and member engagement Deliver strategic projects that support business growth and enhance the town centre Work closely with Council and strategic partners Support governance, budgets, grants and project delivery SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in community or economic development, marketing, events, stakeholder engagement or project management Excellent relationship building and communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence to work independently A genuine passion for supporting local businesses and thriving communities Existing North Shore networks, or a strong connection to the area, will be highly regarded BENEFITS Flexible part-time role with genuine work-life balance Diverse and rewarding work where no two days are the same Opportunity to make a lasting impact in a thriving North Shore community Supportive Board and collaborative working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
