IDEA Services Ltd seeks a dedicated Support Worker to assist people to live independently across our 24/7 services in Manawatū-Whanganui. You will support individuals with daily activities, encourage growth, and ensure safety in varied shifts, including sleepovers. No prior health-sector experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication are essential.
