Tribe Recruitment - Christchurch, South Island This is a 6-month part-time temporary role, based in Christchurch CBD. We're looking for an experienced administrator to provide extra support to the team during a busy period. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the existing Team Administrator and help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly. You'll have plenty of variety in your week, from supporting people and managing documents through to keeping office requirements organised. You'll be someone the team can rely on to pick things up, get them sorted and keep things moving. Help organise meetings, events, travel and other arrangements. Prepare, format and distribute a range of documents and reports. Support the team with records, databases and electronic filing. Assist with fleet and office coordination, including liaising with vehicle maintenance providers, building contacts and other external suppliers. Provide practical support with invoices, expenses, timesheets and other routine administrative processes. Help keep office supplies, first aid and emergency equipment organised and up to date. Provide additional support to the wider team when needed, including stepping in to help with recruitment administration, onboarding and other team activities. What You'll Bring Proven experience in a similar administration or team support role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and a fast learner who can confidently adapt to new systems and processes. A full, current driver licence is essential for the role. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. A team-focused, with the ability to work independently when required.
