Senior BAS Accountant/ Client Manager

What you'll be doing Overseeing the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of clients across a variety of industries Offering strategic business advisory services (cashflow forecasting, budgeting, tax/business planning) Collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions Mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to the professional development of staff What we're looking for Qualified or near qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of experience within a NZ CA Firm Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and on their own Strong technical skills in financial reporting, taxation, and business/tax advisory services Experience in supervising and developing junior team members including reviewing work What we offer Outlined career development/progression pathway from the start A collaborative and inclusive team culture, with regular social events Door-open policy with support and help from leadership Generous annual leave and flexible work arrangements Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
