About the Role Our client is seeking someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team. You’ll play an important role in preparing, finishing, and quality-checking products to ensure they are ready for distribution and meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Include: Preparing moulds for production Trimming excess plastic from finished products Inspecting products and identifying defects Assisting with manufacturing and production processes Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Following health and safety procedures Supporting the team to meet production targets Skills and Experience You will: Be physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of 25kg+ Have strong attention to detail Be comfortable standing for extended periods Have reliable transport to get to work Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be reliable with a strong work ethic Weekly pay plus 8% holiday pay accrued Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm Onsite parking Supportive management and full training provided About the Company and Culture Our client is a family-run business and a leading manufacturer of plastic moulded hardware products.Having been in operation for over 20 years, they pride themselves in delivering quality products to their customers.
