You'll support customers at the counter, assist with product selection, and help process sales orders—all while working alongside an experienced team. Key responsibilities Greet and assist trade customers at the counter. Help identify industrial and engineering products suited to their needs. Process sales, quotations, and customer orders. Learn about stock, products, and inventory management. Support the team with administrative tasks and stock organization. About you A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Some experience in retail, customer service, or a trade environment is a bonus, but not required.
