Job Description
The School Property Officer role in Lower Hutt is a 6‑month fixed term/secondment position that supports school property projects. You will process project documentation, payments and property plans, and track project progress to ensure timeliness and accuracy. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to financial reporting and budget reconciliation to keep spaces warm, safe and dry for students and staff.
