We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Single / Couple Store Managers to join our Relief Management Team , supporting day‑to‑day operations across multiple store locations. Description Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision Provide effective leadership and mentoring to in‑store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies Maintain excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service Support with staff training initiatives Build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members. Skills and Experiences To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of experience and passion, including: Supermarket Retail Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams. Operational Knowledge: Competence in rostering, staff allocation, and budget management, including inventory and expense controls. Cultural Awareness: Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Tech Savvy: Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Working Rights: Must prove unrestricted working rights within Australia.
