What We Offer: Orientation and training to our cleaning standards and checklist system, so you're set up to work independently from day one Core cleaning equipment provided Choose your own days – you’re a contractor, so you pick your schedule. Availability on at least one weekend day is preferred Work is generally completed within the 10am – 3pm guest turnover window Genuine team environment and employee recognition initiatives Competitive pay per property, from $25 to $90 + depending on property size Responsibilities: Collect tubs from our warehouse in the morning Clean and prepare properties to a consistently high, guest-ready standard Change and make beds with fresh linen Restock guest amenities and household supplies Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living and outdoor areas thoroughly Vacuum, mop and dust all surfaces Check properties for damage, maintenance issues, or missing items and report them promptly Complete cleans within scheduled timeframes while using our check lists Present each property neatly and consistently according to company standards Lock and secure properties after each clean Return dirty linen to our warehouse The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience with short-term rental cleaning requirements is preferred A reliable vehicle is essential for travelling between properties and transporting linen and cleaning supplies Clean NZ driver's license A reliable smartphone with a high-quality camera A keen eye for detail and commitment to consistently delivering exceptional, guest-ready standards A dependable and reliable work ethic with strong communication skills Reliable and punctual, with an understanding that timely cleaning is essential to ensuring seamless guest turnovers between stays A clean police record, or willingness to undergo a police check #J-18808-Ljbffr
