Cranford Hospice in Hawke’s Bay seeks a Kaitakawaenga to lead culturally safe palliative care for Māori and whānau. You will partner with patients, whānau, hapū and iwi to support care planning and manaakitanga. Working with our multidisciplinary team, you will embed Te Tiriti-based practice, strengthen partnerships with iwi and Pasifika, and help make hospice care accessible and respectful for all communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
