We are currently seeking a Kaihāpai Pakihi | Retail Specialist. This role works closely with our Commercial & Visitor Experience teams to align our approach to revenue generation and front-of-house operations. You will collaborate with ourKaihāpai WhakawhanaPakihi| Retail Development Lead to support our retail programme within Te Whare Toi City Gallery Wellington. This role is a front facing role working within our retail space. This role enhances the visitor experience, driving financial success that supports our core purpose through our commercial offerings. They understand our organisational objectives around revenue generation and deliver this mahi through an agile and considered approach to our strategy, our values, and our commercial and organisational objectives. A current First Aid Certificate and/or Duty Manager certificate is advantageous, but not essential.
