Foodstuffs South Island in Queenstown is seeking a hands-on Butchery Manager to lead the team at Remarkables Park. The role combines ¾ butchery with ¼ managerial duties, with a 45-hour week, Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00am to 2:30pm. You will select and prepare meat, operate slicers, grinders, and bandsaws, manage stock and displays, and guide staff to keep quality and hygiene high.
