About The Mahi (Role) Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We’re looking for an experienced clinician to step into a leadership role across our Dunedin and Invercargill clinics , combining clinical practice with people, operational and business leadership. Working alongside the South Island Regional Manager, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Administrators, while helping drive excellent client outcomes, strong team culture and sustainable clinic growth. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role (40 hours per week) , combining clinical practice with leadership and management responsibilities. Regular travel between Dunedin and Invercargill will be required. You’ll have the opportunity to: Lead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team Drive clinic performance, growth and referral relationships Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and financial performance, including P&L and sales targets Support contract delivery across the region Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and key stakeholders Partner with regional and national leaders on strategic initiatives Influence and strengthen team culture and clinical excellence This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician ready to step up into leadership , or an established leader looking for their next challenge. About The Clinics You will be working across two great clinic environments in Dunedin and Invercargill . Our Dunedin team has recently moved into a brand-new clinic space in North Dunedin , providing a modern and welcoming environment for our team and clients. We also have a dedicated space nearby where our administration and Hybrid teams can work collaboratively. Our Invercargill clinic is centrally located near Queen's Park , with local cafés and amenities close by. Both clinics have established, supportive teams and provide an exciting opportunity for a leader to build on their strengths and help shape their continued growth.
