Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in both the pharmacy and cosmetic departments. Assist customers with selecting cosmetics, skincare, and other pharmacy products to suit their individual needs. Maintain attractive, fully stocked, and well-organised product displays. Process sales accurately and efficiently through the pharmacy point-of-sale system. Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and seasonal ranges. Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and their correct use. Support the wider pharmacy team with general retail and day-to-day pharmacy duties. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while following pharmacy procedures. About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, health, and wellbeing. Friendly, approachable, and enjoys building relationships with customers. Experienced in retail, pharmacy, beauty, or another customer service role preferred. Well organised with excellent attention to detail. A confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude. Keen to learn and develop their knowledge of pharmacy products and services.
