Customer Service Representative - International Freight Forwarding We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Tauranga team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor. You will liaise with our clients and deliver excellent customer satisfaction through on time plus accurate service. You will communicate professionally via phone and e-mail to ensure the information flow to clients is seamless. A minimum of 2+ years of logistics experience. Experience with Cargowise Order placement to overseas origin offices Serving as a key point of contact and responsible for providing the customer with up-to-date information on shipments throughout the order Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills A passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive experiences.
