Your focus will be to produce superior documentation through expert: Leasing & Deal Negotiation Documentation - Structure the most efficient agreements and supporting documents (including excel schedules) Tenant Relationship Management - Build meaningful, long-term partnerships with existing and new tenants Operational Efficiency - Oversee document administration Collaborative Leadership - Work closely with Property, Project, FM, and Accounting teams Accurate Documentation & Reporting - Ensure precision and transparency What You Bring to the Table A strong tertiary qualification in Law and preferably Property or Business Expert lease documentation skills Proven experience of at least 5 years Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for going the extra mile Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a sharp eye for both grammatical and numerical detail Commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence Why Join Us?
