Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert We are currently looking for a Sales & Finance Coordinator (Internal Job Title is Trade Invesment Executive) to join our Finance team on a Permanent Full Time basis. Play an important role in supporting the end-to-end setup of our on premise customer trading agreements, ensuring deals are implemented accurately, efficiently and compliantly. You'll partner closely with Sales, Legal, Pricing and Finance, coordinating multiple agreements at different stages while helping ensure our customers receive the right commercial outcomes. Coordinate the end-to-end setup of customer trading agreements from approval through to implementation Partner with Sales, Legal, Pricing and Finance to ensure deals are accurate, compliant and delivered on time Generate agreements and manage approval workflows through to execution Set up customer trading agreements within SAP and ensure commercial terms are correctly implemented Monitor multiple deals simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and work progressing Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify administration and create more efficient ways of working Collaborate closely with the Commercial Analyst to coordinate the shared workload About You This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, building relationships across teams and identifying ways to improve how work gets done.
