Location Distinction Dunedin Hotel, 6 Liverpool St, Dunedin Key Responsibilities Welcome individual guests and corporate or tour groups warmly, greeting them by name and guiding them through our premier amenities. Luggage Logistics: Safely lift, carry, tag, and efficiently deliver individual and group luggage to and from our spacious guest rooms. Dunedin Area Expert: Serve as a knowledgeable local guide, confidently recommending regional highlights, dining spots, and Otago attractions. Transport & Logistics: Coordinate taxi or transport requests, manage guest messages, and fulfill unique individual requirements seamlessly. Food & Beverage Support: Take room service orders, deliver meals directly to rooms, collect trays, and accurately process signed billing dockets. Lobby Presentation: Maintain a spotless, clutter-free front desk and lobby area, assisting with cleaning to keep public spaces pristine. First-Response Maintenance: Address minor, urgent guest room maintenance issues to ensure complete comfort when maintenance team are off duty. What We Are Looking For Physical Fitness: Confidently able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy guest luggage daily. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering personalized, customer service. Adaptable Problem Solver: A proactive mindset with the ability to handle minor repairs or sudden guest requests independently.
