We believe great experiences start with great people — and our 6E’s guide how we show up every day. You Lead the Experience. We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead our team and create unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is hands-on, people-first and all about leading by example. You’ll support daily operations, coach Team Leaders and Crew, take ownership of the venue when required, and help deliver an experience guests can’t stop talking about. This position includes sole-charge responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to Health & Safety leadership. You don’t just manage shifts — you shape experiences. You balance guest experience with operational responsibility and take pride in doing both well. Alongside leading people, you are comfortable supporting the systems that make great experiences possible — including rostering support, basic admin and reporting, Health & Safety compliance and ensuring procedures are consistently followed.
