Better Media is growing, and we're looking for a talented full-time Video Editor to join our team. We create premium photo and video content for the real estate and construction industries, working with leading agents, developers and builders across Canterbury. Our work is modern, fast-paced and focused on producing high-quality content that helps our clients stand out. About the role Full-time position (42.5 hours per week) Christchurch-based Edit premium video content for real estate and construction clients Create engaging short-form social media videos and longer-form marketing content Colour grade and enhance footage Organise project files and manage editing workflows Skills & experience Minimum 2 years professional video editing experience Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A creative eye for storytelling, pacing and social media trends Bonus skills Experience editing real estate or construction content Motion graphics or animation experience Photography experience What we offer Salary of $65,000–$90,000 , depending on experience A fun, creative and supportive team A variety of exciting projects with leading brands across Canterbury Opportunities for growth as Better Media continues to expand Modern equipment and a collaborative working environment Successful shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a paid trial editing project before a final offer is made. #J-18808-Ljbffr
