Job Description
The Department of Conservation on Rakiura (Stewart Island) seeks a Field Team Lead to guide the Pukunui Recovery Project. You will oversee a small field team, coordinating predator control, trapping, and 1080 toxin deployment to protect the dotterel population, with isolation and logistics across remote sites. You will travel by boat, helicopter, or on foot for multi-day field stints, support the Project Lead and Principal Ranger, and contribute to health, safety, training, and data recording #J-18808-Ljbffr
