Your Role: As the Restaurant Manager, you'll manage day-to-day operations while setting the standard for exceptional service and food quality. You'll lead a team of Shift Supervisors and Crew Members, driving strong results and keeping customers coming back. What You'll Do: Drive Operations: Take part ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, working alongside the GM, overseeing service quality, efficiency, and performance while ensuring alignment with company policies and values Champion H&S: Implement and manage H&S standards, keeping customers, staff and visitors safe while ensuring compliance Talent Development: Identify team members' strengths and provide training and development to help them grow. Uphold Standards: Ensure food quality, WH&S, and store presentation always meet the high standards we're known for. What You'll Bring A confident leader who knows how to rally a team and keep spirits high. Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and operational best practices. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, pinpointing where the shortfall occurs. Experienced in coaching and developing staff in fast-paced environments. A strong communicator who can connect with everyone from crew members to management. Detail-oriented with sharp organisational skills. Adaptable and able to handle various situations with ease. Professional and respectful, contributing to a positive workplace culture. A master of time management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Solid knowledge of compliance, Health and Safety and food safety standards. Have reliable access to your own vehicle for commuting to and from work. Full working rights in New Zealand are preferred.
