Great People Recruitment – Hamilton, North Island Looking for a hands‑on role with plenty of variety? We're looking for a practical, reliable person who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and taking ownership of jobs to support day‑to‑day processes to run smoothly. This role includes a mix of deliveries, workshop repairs, equipment installations, warehouse activities and general operational support. One day you could be out delivering products to customers, the next helping install equipment, repairing pumps in the workshop or supporting warehouse operations. If you like keeping busy, take pride in your work and enjoy learning new skills, this could be the role for you. What you'll be doing Driving a truck and trailer unit for customer deliveries and pickups. Loading, unloading and transporting products and equipment safely. Mixing and packing products following established procedures. Assisting with the installation of equipment and systems on customer sites. Repairing, maintaining and troubleshooting pumps and associated equipment. Supporting warehouse operations, stock movement and general operational tasks. Operating a forklift once trained and certified. Maintaining a safe, organised and tidy work environment. What we're looking for Current Class 5 NZ Driver Licence. Mechanical ability and practical problem‑solving skills. Experience in a trade, manufacturing, maintenance or similar hands‑on environment. Comfortable using tools and fixing equipment. Reliable, self‑motivated and willing to pitch in where needed. Good communication skills and a strong commitment to health and safety. Forklift experience would be useful but isn't essential.
